Pros
At least the job exists.
Cons
- The work culture is deeply unhealthy. - Owners control everything and refuse to work with or listen to employees. - Rules are endless, yet support is nonexistent when problems arise. - Management is openly disrespectful and treats people as nothing more than output. - The environment feels fake with no real teamwork or support behind the scenes. - Employees are reduced to numbers and chances to advance are nearly nonexistent. - Avoid this place entirely.
Pros
I’ve genuinely had a great experience working here. It’s a private, family-owned company, and that really shows in how employees are treated day to day. The culture is welcoming, and the people I work with are not only friendly but also supportive and easy to collaborate with. One thing that really stands out is how much effort ownership puts into making employees feel appreciated. There are thoughtful perks like food trucks, gift cards, a bowling league, and other fun events that break up the routine and make the work environment more enjoyable. It doesn’t feel forced—it actually adds to morale and creates a stronger sense of community. The manufacturing facility itself is state-of-the-art, which makes a big difference in how efficiently and effectively we can do our jobs. The work is also genuinely interesting—we’re involved in medical device manufacturing that helps create products designed to improve people’s lives. It adds a strong sense of purpose, knowing the work we do is important and ultimately helps patients. Overall, it’s a positive place to work where you feel valued, not just as an employee, but as a person. That kind of environment can be hard to find, and it’s a big reason why I enjoy coming to work each day.

Pros
It's a very clean and well organized environment with friendly and uplifting teammates. I feel very heard and understood when I raise concerns or make suggestions for continuous improvement. Any time I have questions, I'm always met with extremely helpful and descriptive responses in a way I can actually understand. The benefits they offer are amazing and there are different tiers to fit everyone's needs. And the company does a phenomenal job at keeping employee spirits high by offering a variety of incentives like little holiday parties and occasional food trucks (very nice bonus!) I feel like there is lots of room for employee growth and a fountain of knowledge I have yet to discover.
Cons
I wasn't a big fan of having to do mandatory weekends twice a month but I made it work and the paycheck is definitely worth it. As much as I don't enjoy wearing a uniform, it does take out the question each morning of what I'm going to wear. The one thing I was very disappointed and confused about is that you're not allowed to have "unnatural" colored hair but it's 100% okay for people with tattoos to have them showing. That seemed a bit unbalanced.
