Amazing people coming from different companies within the same industry, with the same focus and care for their customers.

I have decades of experience in all sizes, both local and international companies. In many different countries and industries. Never have I faced what I did here, people afraid of speaking out, the ones who did quickly turned into a former employee. C-level management who threatens and scream at people. HR passively watching and some of them even supporting that behavior.

Very nice colleagues overall, but thats it. Part of upper management pulled the weight for the entire management.

I have never experienced this level of distress and disrespect in my working life. Absolutely horrendous behaviour of Senior Management and total disregard for professionalism. HR was alerted numerous times but the problems seemed to be "thrown in a pile". One would expect C-level HR to deal professionally with such alarming and obvious workplace problems...not generate ChatGPT responses like a robot. Senior management looked after their own interests with no interest in supporting their teams. High-school bully tendencies has no place in a work setting. One would expect more from the HR organsiation, seemed to completely lack senior management skills.
