I have never experienced this level of distress and disrespect in my working life. Absolutely horrendous behaviour of Senior Management and total disregard for professionalism. HR was alerted numerous times but the problems seemed to be "thrown in a pile". One would expect C-level HR to deal professionally with such alarming and obvious workplace problems...not generate ChatGPT responses like a robot. Senior management looked after their own interests with no interest in supporting their teams. High-school bully tendencies has no place in a work setting. One would expect more from the HR organsiation, seemed to completely lack senior management skills.

Of course, some things are still being structured, as is common in a rapidly growing company. But this also creates space for innovation, ownership, and real contribution.
