AchieveIt is an extremely positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment. All of the members of our team are friendly, helpful, and incredibly skilled at their jobs.
The interview process may seem lengthy (but what software engineering interviews aren't these days), but it is well worth it. The product is genuinely interesting to work on, the technology stack is fun to work with, and the product management team is great about allowing us to update technologies and frameworks so that we're always up-to-date.
The work-life balance at this company is outstanding. Time off is both plentiful and respected: I have yet to be contacted outside of standard business hours to work on something. The fully-remote structure of the company is wonderful, and the few times a year we gather for company events are a great time.
If you are a highly motivated and skilled individual, I absolutely recommend seeking employment at AchieveIt when an opportunity arises.
Cons
The base salary may not seem like the most competitive in the industry at first glance; however, if you consider all of the time off the company provides (every other Friday off plus extra holidays) you'll find that it works out to be extremely generous/competitive.
