Cons
- Start-up type culture can sometimes mean it is hard to achieve a work-life balance. Have to hustle. However, in saying that, the business still does good job to promote work-life balance by recently introducing Achievers specific re-charge days which are essentially a few extra annual leave days a year to promote rest amongst the workforce.
