i learned well while working in this company. colleagues that i worked with were always willing to share their experiences and knowledges. The working environment is good with no office politics in the company, staffs are being treated fairly so far.
Cons
Overall, the staff benefits are okay. It would be better to improve the benefits to help staff feel more motivated and committed. Eg, giving more annual leave days would be a good improvement.
