Pros
Some projects and technologies are arguably on the leading edge but the chances of getting on one of these projects is slim so you have to work at finding them and throwing yourself at them. Access to senior management is good and they at least give the 'appearance' of listening to what is being said. The employees are a fun group and there is almost always something going on to keep you occupied. A very loose working environment so perfect for anyone with a good sense of humor and the ability to deliver while still having fun.
Cons
Projects tend to get oversold to the point the technical team that has to implement gets put under the gun by both clients and management. The benefits are standard to poor here. There is a bonus plan that may or may not pay out, there is no 401k match or stock options (at least for newer employees). All you get is your basic medical/dental/vision and a non-matched 401k that is not better than your own IRA. Some hiring / firing decisions are interesting as it appears some good people are let go while some poor people are kept around.
