      There is no good reason to work in Acrotrend. Before joining please check with the ex-employees.

      Cons

      No Work Culture. No good Pay. Thinks people are labors. Would ask you to work 24 hours in a day and then also it would all be below their expectations. No work life balance, they need to understand what is that. If there would have been negative rating, i must have given that.

      -Client projects exposure right from the beginning -Opportunity to work on multiple projects , hence diversifying the functional and technical stack. - A structured rewards and recognition plan to incentivize hardwork on top of the compensation.
