Great atmosphere, great company, great staff

There are not that many cons

There are very few pros to working for this company. They are very poorly managed.....more like mismanaged largely due to advancing individuals to positions for which they are grossly unqualified.

This is a company that has practiced old fashioned cronyism and fixing things with a band aid to come back to later ,,,,,,,,and it shows in the slip shod placement of key personnel who are not qualified for the position they own title to.
