Pros

This is a great group of people working on a critical problem in care delivery. The recent reorg is intended to focus team on areas where the business is growing - this is a hard, but needed change to make. I respect the process the leadership team took and their transparency.

Cons

Tackling a big challenge in healthcare and the sales cycles is long. It's great to see the wins, but leadership needs to find a quicker path.

The mission of this organization attracts talented and dedicated individuals.

Cons

Unfortunately, the leadership of the organization lacks the vision and skill to lead this organization to success and this deficit starts at the top. The founding CEO lacks understanding of the healthcare sector and community health which leads to a scattered strategy that never fully pans out. It’s a constant game of shifting strategy and chasing white whales of contracts that never pan out. There seems to be a lack of understanding of the market in which the organization is competing.
