We are working hard to build a great culture at Activate and improve processes and structures that will empower our people to be the best. We have been incorporating our company values, specifically “Innovation”, “Effective Communication”, “Progression”, and “Excellence” in our various communication and engagement plans. Our objective is for these values to be embedded in the everyday work that our employees do, including our interns. No academic experience is complete without a real-world stage for performance and results. At Activate, we treat our interns like full-time associates and assign them to actual and meaningful projects to extend their learning experiences that are not available in the classroom. Interns are paired with the more experienced staff during the internship period, who will guide and help the interns during their tenure with Activate. This internship experience builds character, tenacity and perseverance in overcoming challenges. We also constantly encourage employees to share their concerns and opinions with the management, as we believe that two-way communication will help facilitate the constant growth of both leaders and employees.
