      Pros

      Ability to work on major marketing beats for Call of Duty. Surprising amount of creative freedom. Incredible collaborators in the Creative Marketing depeartment.

      Cons

      Lots of overtime due to poor planning. Employees forced to remain contract and missing out on benefits. During this time there were lots of toxic people throughout the company.

      Passionate coworkers, great for building your portfolio, a lot of fun events at Blizzard HQ.

      Cons

      Layoffs every six months or so. Everybody is always waiting for the ball to drop. I’ve seen people get let go right after being hired, and others get let go after decades.
