Pros
Lots of freedom to do your job and to grow if you are liked. You aren't micromanaged as long as you prove to management that you are dedicated and capable. They have free coffee and snacks throughout the day, good community involvement, and decent benefits.
Cons
The longer you have been there, the more special treatment you receive which makes some sense. Obviously, if you have stuck around, they like you and have given you a pretty long leash to work on. However, if at any point you don't agree with the owners, you are gone. If they meet a shiny new penny, you are gone. If they don’t like you, you are gone. Basically what I am saying here is that unless you are a lemming that follows Tom’s “We are a team and we all function together for one purpose, blah, blah, blah”, then you aren’t going to be there long. Jackie encourages prayer and a Christian lifestyle in the office, yet she doesn’t act as one on most occasions. Managers are always late for meetings, the building needs to have a good cleaning, and the parking lot is a broken ankle waiting to happen. If you are looking to work somewhere short term to learn a few things in the IT world, it’s a fun stop along the way, but I would not recommend this to be your 10 year plan.
