I have recently left Adam but only due to a career change. I wouldn't work in recruitment for any other business. After coming in at entry level to leaving as a senior consultant I couldn't have asked for a better company to progress me as a person and my career. The training and mentoring is top notch and the colleagues have become friends. The complete opposite of your stereotypical recruiter and if you are looking for a business where you become part of an elite team instead of ever person for themselves I could not recommend enough!

Tough to find. Hours are longer than your normal 9-5 but it would be tough to find any recruitment business that offers that.

Been working at Adam for over a year now, and there has been a clear progression plan at all times. Any support needed has been given, and the work culture is mature, healthy, and great fun. Huge amount of respect for the senior leadership team here, and an equal amount of respect for the rest of the team. A fantastic company where trust and integrity run throughout.

The lift broke once and I had to walk up 5 flights of stairs for a couple of days, but did me some good so wasn't really a con! Honestly no cons I can think of.
