      Pros

      I think leadership tries their best to ensure a positive working environment (at least on the youth and family team). I appreciate that they take the time to listen to concerns and work to improve.

      Cons

      There are staff that have been employed for years that are taking advantage of the system, not doing their jobs, not showing up for work, and there are rarely repercussions. This causes the good employees to pick up the slack and/or leave due to the environment.

      Pros

      All of my coworkers are very helpful and passionate about this job. I get the chance to further my career after a year, by doing the internship program. And it gives me the chance to help others and give them the desire to want to stay clean and sober.

      Pros

      Decent wages, benefits and paid time off.

      Cons

      Horrible management, This company is very disorganized and a very high turnover. If you speak out on how the company could improve you are targeted and most likely fired. They did not provide QMHA's scheduled supervision for credentialling and fired 10 employees in 2025 in Curry county. Not a comfortable environment to work.
