      Pros

      I love how supportive everyone is, they are always looking out for you. Everyone works so hard to help patients and listens actively to their woes. As a patient and an employee, I am happy with both my service and my employment.

      Cons

      I feel as though some of the behavioral health aspects in Adapt can improve. I've heard of and dealt with less than satisfactory help.

      Pros

      All of my coworkers are very helpful and passionate about this job. I get the chance to further my career after a year, by doing the internship program. And it gives me the chance to help others and give them the desire to want to stay clean and sober.

      Pros

      Decent wages, benefits and paid time off.

      Cons

      Horrible management, This company is very disorganized and a very high turnover. If you speak out on how the company could improve you are targeted and most likely fired. They did not provide QMHA's scheduled supervision for credentialling and fired 10 employees in 2025 in Curry county. Not a comfortable environment to work.
