      Pros

      Major focus on work life balance and personal development. When you are not on client case or have time, you are encouraged to focus on developing your personal skills. The company also highly encourages work life balance; if you are working too long without taking vacation they will nudge you to relax. The culture/co-workers is fantastic as well. Doesn't feel like work.

      Cons

      Some clients need more time/help so "40 hour" workweek doesn't exist for those clients

      Supportive environment with lots of transparency.

      Cons

      Small business, so small pipeline. No clarity into how bonuses are calculated and pay is only adjusted when given a promotion. In the 3 years I was there, they also haven't adjusted compensation levels to reflect any inflation.
