Pros

Very easy to get a job here, they will accept anyone really, as long as you're willing to work for very little compensation

Cons

- Very low compensation/pay and limited benefits - Zero growth opportunities - HR is passive-aggressive and make it clear that your thoughts and opinion don't matter - CEO will talk down to you, if at all acknowledged by him. - You are merely a number/resource that they will take advantage of in every way they can - Asked to come in after hours without pay. Subtly threaten you if you don't i.e. "You don't have to come to these events, but you SHOULD...let me say again, you SHOULD come in". - When you are initially hired, you will be sitting on the "Bench" (waiting for a client) for the first 6 months, wasting your life away Adastra is a classic company where they will promise you the world during the interview process prior to signing the contract, though it won't take long for you to realize everything they promised was a lie. Adastra does not value their employees in any way. They will use you to fill any subpar position they have, regardless of what your skills are or what tools you want to learn or work with. Over the past 3 months (January 2015 - March 2015), over 20 consultants had left the company due to utter lack of respect/value/opportunities, which should be a great example of how Adastra treats it's employees. Unless you absolutely can't find a job anywhere else and are wiling to accept anything, don't waste your time or energy here! You'll be grateful that you avoided Adastra Corporation.
