Pros

Great coworkers. The clients were typically good to work with as well. I can't complain about the benefits or compensation - they were definitely on par with what you'd expect from the industry.

Cons

Like many other reviews have said, the management was simply awful. The company went from having a great year - recovering well from bankruptcy - to literally falling apart. Our manager was fired for no obvious reason other than that upper management wanted to bring back someone they thought was better. He ran our department - especially our morale - into the ground. The first year or so that I worked for Adayana was great, but the last nine months were terrifying. They did three "restructurings," which included large layoffs, over the course of less than a year. There was no sense of stability, and the only focus was on project margin. No one cared about putting out a quality product. No one cared about what they were doing to their employees. It was a mess. I left shortly before the company basically went under, letting 35 people go and selling off the small remainder to another company. Good riddance.

It's an honor to work with smart people who truly care about their team members, work quality, and the customer experience.

Cons

The dynamic environment and industry is not for the faint of heart.

Pros

Great place for those that don't need to have their hand held and want to be in a position where each individuals effort makes a difference. Since it's a smaller organization you will likely have an opportunity to do some customer facing work for some clients that are leaders in their perspective field. Arguably the most family friendly company I have ever worked for. Supports remote work and flexible scheduling. Jam packed with some highly experienced and talented people who can be great mentors for others. The potential experience you can gain working for this organization is top notch. New leadership is open to ideas, focused on the customer, and want to take care of their employees. The company today compared to the company last year is drastically improved and different. Don't let the comments made on here in 2013 or prior to the bankruptcy discourage you. New leadership, renewed focus, and high motivated staff is what's left. Great time to join and help build something special.

Cons

Lost some quality people due to the transition but the new talent that's been recruited is enthusiastic and motivated to fill the gaps. Very much feels like a start up so a lot of work ahead to build the company.
