      None. Glassdoor asked me to write 5 words minimum so fulfilling an obligation by doing this.

      Cons

      Pathetic management. Do not know how to run a business. Call themselves professional but they are involved in the most unprofessional activities with regards to employees and clients. Have no respect for employees. If you have a conscience and know the difference between right and wrong then this is not the place for you. This is not a place of work for anyone actually. People leave this company quicker than seasons change.

      Pros

      The organisation really cares about people. Working at AddedEducation is exciting. There are great opportunities for people to develop themselves as professionals as well as human-beings! The training program is really extensive and on-going which is quite unique for a company of this size

      Cons

      Cant really think of any - except that the Senior team has to spend a lot of time to make sure that the middle management and juniors are happy and capable of doing their jobs. There has a lot of emphasis on training and mentoring!
