Management expects you to work after work hours and on weekends. Management gives you "two to three evenings off" or "two weekends off a month” as if this is a privilege (it's not supposed to be a privilege). Management has an unprofessional attitude dealing with employees (very passive aggressive approach). Management spreads bad rumors about employees to fellow employees. Management manipulates its employees through a variety of big and small lies all the time to serve their agenda. Management is very paranoid and anxious to the extent that they question things that are unrelated to work. Management in general is very toxic to deal with. Here, it's all about the management's agenda. Then it's the business. The employees' welfare come last. No OT pay. No healthcare benefits. You file your own taxes and everything else.
