      Although based in Northern Virginia, most of our current employees work onsite at Government locations throughout the US. Our contractual requirements are such that we do not have many entry-level positions, whether in the IT field or others. Addx’s salaries are competitive, based on marketplace and contractual requirements, and our benefits are at or above marketplace levels.

      Competitive Salary! Great Team! Very personal company all the way to the top! Free Training in Developing Technologies!

      Cons

      Sometimes I end up being idle and for some that's a Pro, but I don't like standing around. I feel happiest when I am productive and feel that I am contributing to the clients or Company Mission. Other than that, average salary raises was less than inflation, but, to be fair, inflation has been pretty crazy since starting here.
