Aurnex (Adequate Bookkeeping) has one of the best work cultures I've experienced. There's no micromanagement from the leadership team, which gives you the freedom to work independently and truly use your intelligence. The HR is absolutely amazing — supportive, approachable, and doesn’t act like a typical "HR." She feels more like a teammate who genuinely cares about everyone. Colleagues are equally incredible — collaborative, friendly, and always ready to help. Plus, the employee activities are well-planned and keep the work environment fun and engaging.
