There's no micromanagement from the leadership team, which gives you the freedom to work independently and truly use your intelligence. The HR is absolutely amazing — supportive, approachable, and doesn’t act like a typical "HR." She feels more like a teammate who genuinely cares about everyone. Colleagues are equally incredible — collaborative, friendly, and always ready to help. Plus, the employee activities are well-planned and keep the work environment fun and engaging.
