Cons
Extremely bad leaders who know even less than managers yet get promoted year on year while not even meeting basic KRAs. Blatant favouritism if you are a yes sir yes ma’am person. Outrightly say that if you don’t work on weekends (against the HR policy) it will affect appraisals. And even if you work on weekends, then also favouritism will trump hard work and results. Blatant violation of HR policy and show of power as “leaders” they are more of a boss than leader! Even when you are the best performing individual will kill your spirit. And character assassination throughout various business units especially at director and above level.
