Pros

Admail West is a great company to work for. Kathy Pescetti is a wonderful person who cares about her employees and customers. Management is always looking for ways to improve their services, with that there's a lot of opportunities for processs improvement and development.

Cons

Can get very busy during Q4, production always comes first to meet SLA requirements. Nothing new for the print industry, but development can be put on hold until workload lightens up.

Pros

Admail West is a strong company that is surviving and thriving through the pandemic. We are currently looking to hire additional staff in several positions. I enjoy the people that I work with and appreciate that they care as much about the company and our clients as I do. Our company has a can do attitude and we make things happen for our clients. It is a fast-paced detail-oriented environment and the days are never boring.

Cons

During certain times of the year, the workload can increase and may require longer hours. We all get through it together as a team and it lightens the load when you share the burden.

Pros

Some of the people there were chill and friendly.

Cons

This is an employer I had back in 2019 so maybe things have changed since. No A/C, looked down on from the start since they have CONSTANT turn over and there is zero incentive to become a lifer. You can tell upper management only gives a damn about the lifers who seemed like they took penny’s for a decade in order to have a shot at moving up. You can tell the CEO is extremely cheap by how much they spent on temp salary despite having a huge coffee brand as a fulfillment client so I can only imagine that you’d be worked like a dog on salaried pay if they ever promote you. They want people who have zero options for fulfillment and are on their last leg and then expect you to thank them for offering you so little with zero career growth. This is not a career. Don’t bother trying to be a lifer. This is a means to an end until you can find something better that can at least pretend they give a damn about you.
