I am working in Adobe stock Paris Office (More than 2 years), the worst company i have ever worked for in my working life.
People constantly swear and be abusive. Nothing could do was ever good enough. There seemed to be people leaving the company( Long History since Adobe acquired Fotolia)
There is a complete lack of communication and high Office Politics supported by regional head and his few favorite members , This company caused me major stress to work for which spilled into my personal life.
Local leader is not trusted or empowered to run the business and instead is micromanaging and bulling . Neither follows Adobe Culture nor Adobe corporate value.
