Business outlook
Pros
Employee Stock Purchase Program. Stocked break rooms with some free food. Activities/Pro bono/Corporate Events. Software Purchase Program. Health/Wellness Benefit. Gym, Basketball Court indoor and outdoor. Cafe is mostly decent for lunch (reasonably priced).
Cons
Difficult to move up. Mismanagement and disincentive to go above and beyond for your job. You don't move up unless someone leaves, and even then that is no guarantee because someone could be hired in from the outside above you. Feedback given is often ignored. Shares/incentives kept at higher levels - not much trickle down.
