The company has great committed staff, the clients are getting the healing and help they need, and the families are very happy and grateful. Very rewarding work. Also, there are a lot of perks, including the staff get to eat for free and there is flexibility when needed. The owners care about their staff and are hands on to help them.

its really no pros here since I started working here I have seen the red flags

They don't pay you for gas mileage but think you suppose to take the kids everywhere for them for free they don't communicate well and overall very unorganized
