Pros

I appreciated the opportunities for professional development. The team I worked with was collaborative and helpful.

Cons

Like any company, there were occasional communication challenges. There is always room for improvement in upper management communication.

Pros

Looking for something better so I can get out!

Cons

Tons of restructure Leadership team is in it for themselves They always say something and never follow through This company is a red flag People below managing director levels are being paid more. How? Why? HR is the worst. CFO Kevin is the not a great leader. He gets angry at people and throws tantrums when he doesn’t get his way. They let some older people go and some new people who were amazing. Former CEO has ALS (unfortunate) and new CEO is okay. She’s been there forever. Frank, CDO, and his entire family works there. He never responds to anything. There’s a secret 10 person leadership advance team that operates separately from the rest of the leadership team. Does this make sense? How are you all this bad?

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Adrenaline is growing, and with that growth comes necessary changes to our organizational structure. We understand some of these shifts can be hard on our team members. That’s one of the reasons we created the advance leadership team and introduced it to the company – a core advisory group that provides information from their respective areas and makes recommendations to the executive team. This team is also a growth opportunity for rising senior leaders. While we can’t speak to individual compensation, we do recommend that team members discuss any specific questions with their manager. We’re always open to input.
