1) Will be able to visit various sites and learn new different technical things.

1) Work and Personal life imbalance. 2) No extra money for overtime. 3) Late hour works, sometimes more than 15 hours in a day. (Travelling + Service) 4) Pay-scale is very less. 5) Immense pressure for site clearance. 6) After working for the month, the salary we got at month end was not complete, there were be uneven deductions. 7) Monthly leave we got was 1 & half. And only Sunday was rest day. 8) Our Vouchers & Travelling expense clearance was delayed for more than 15 days. 9) Management Behavior was also not very satisfying.

Company regards good worker on top, company allows to try any project on its own risk but provides full support to make worker succeed, company checks client extend patronage to its workers, company charges to client on high level.

Company does not pay suitably to employees, keeps employees on traveling up to 95%, keeps track no other company offers job to its employees, having good trade terms in business.
