Pros
1) Will be able to visit various sites and learn new different technical things.
Cons
1) Work and Personal life imbalance. 2) No extra money for overtime. 3) Late hour works, sometimes more than 15 hours in a day. (Travelling + Service) 4) Pay-scale is very less. 5) Immense pressure for site clearance. 6) After working for the month, the salary we got at month end was not complete, there were be uneven deductions. 7) Monthly leave we got was 1 & half. And only Sunday was rest day. 8) Our Vouchers & Travelling expense clearance was delayed for more than 15 days. 9) Management Behavior was also not very satisfying.
