I really do not know from where to start.
But still my fellow new candidate should know that, its better to stay jobless than joining Adsyndicate because " you can earn money elsewhere by working hard, but you wont get back your confidence which you will lose here and these mangers will make sure of that.
HR here is for namesake because she repeats the one single line for every problem of an employee, like she will write here after i submit this review. ( LOL)
Work culture is pathetic, these so called under-mannered managers will drain every last drop of your blood.
You work and work and only work which is called slavery, these people carry this as a tradition.
Business strategy -
1.Provide "special" benefits to few clients or you can say the only clients to retain them on board.
2. Terminate senior employees whom they name as "you're outdated" and hire new candidates and give them hefty designation and train them to abuse fellow employees to work, and if anyone complains they are simply forced to resign and not terminate, since they have to maintain their reputation.
3. STRICTLY NO FAMILY TIME will be given to you- 24hrs you have to work since your fellow manager thinks only he/she works for this company dedicatedly and not you.
Your salary will be deducted anytime no written communication, your manager will call you anytime and say that company is in loss and your salary will be deducted. And the same deducted amount your manager will take as an incentive, which you worked for. See how professional!
