I had one of the worst experiences with this company, and I strongly advise potential employees to think twice before joining. Policies: The policies are poorly structured, unclear, and highly employee-unfriendly. They prioritize the company’s convenience over employee well-being. Staff Behavior: The behavior of the staff, especially in HR and payroll teams, is absolutely unacceptable. They are rude, dismissive, and show a complete lack of professionalism. HR and Management: The HR and management teams are the worst I have encountered in my career. They are unresponsive, unwilling to help, and utterly lacking in basic communication skills. Instead of resolving issues, they add to the frustration. Payroll Team: The payroll team is another disaster. They are rude, inefficient, and completely unreliable when it comes to handling salary-related matters. If I had the option to give a rating below zero, I would gladly rate this company -100 points for their overall attitude, lack of accountability, and unprofessional conduct. Joining this company was a huge mistake, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a respectful and professional work environment.
