      Great place to master the art of watching avoidable problems become full-blown crises

      Cons

      Leadership is in disarray. Constant changes in upper management and no clear long-term vision. Morale is low across the board, and it's getting worse. Layoffs and budget cuts are frequent, but expectations keep rising. Career growth is more about who you know than what you do.
