Pros

The people I work with in the store. They are loyal and make the best the can out of being yanked around.

Cons

They need to make up thier minds on how they want customers to preceive them. Can't change your mind with the wind. Be proactive with understanding how your stores need to be staffed to take care of our customers. They come / call when they have a need, not when CDL says so. Really look at hours of operations. Some store would benefit by staying open longer other need to have shorter hours based on tranactions. I see no reason how you decided, Maybe a dart board.

Pros

It’s a pretty easy job, very fun people to work with. Hours as a driver are pretty consistent.

Cons

The pay isn’t great. It would be nice if the drivers were making at least $17 or $18 an hour. Also benefits don’t extend to health insurance only dental and vision if you are only considered part-time. Anybody that isn’t the GM, CPP, and RPP are considered part-time, regardless of the hours you get.
