      Pros

      Worked in 4 stores all of the GMs & team members have been wonderful to work with, I've been with AAP for a few years and the pay is good, AAP offers some great benefits & vacation time for full time employees and transferring stores when moving was simple.

      Cons

      Moving up the ladder is pretty hard, customers tend to be grumpy due to their car being broken, hour cuts causing minimal amount of employees in the store and it seems like upper management in only focusing on numbers.

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
