Horrible Company - Anonymous employee Advance Auto Parts Employee Review

There’s a lot of favoritism. Many new people joining the company from PepsiCo. They’re being brought in at more money and promotions. The Associates are not treated well unless your in the “in crowd”. It’s like High School. Many of the leaders have no idea what they’re doing in their promoted roles. Benefits are VERY expensive and not affordable for the hourly.
