Possibly the discount and it's a job.
Cons
Prepare to work random hours each week. Corporate doesn't care about their workers. We was told that we would be fired if we claim partial unemployment during Covid-19. Total disregard to workers health and does nothing to help employees. If you ask for days off be prepared not to get those days.
