Pros
AC in the summer and heat in the winter. Not much else to be positive about with the regards to the way this company is run by corporate.
Cons
1. Low pay scale (I made more money/hr. in 1973). 2. No incentives to work harder (Their MOTO -" Sell more, be happier ") 3. They nitpick over little non-important matters and ignore major problems 4. Always under-staffed. 5. Very inconsistent work schedule. Little time allowed for family time.
