      Pros

      Inclusive, close knit and diversified workplace. Goals are rooted and attainable. Outstanding code of ethics.

      Cons

      Pushes sales position team members to sell sell sell.....register cashier type folks shouldnt apply. Theyre goals when attained pay the GMs Commercial manager and Retail parts pros a bonus but norhing paid, not a dime to those TMs in the trenches getting the grunt sales work done. No compensation for sales insentive to the low on the ladder.

      Pros

      - I enjoyed much of the physical work.

      Cons

      - We were expected to work in extremely dust-filled rooms without any provided protection (I had to buy my own N95 because of how bad it was). - I was hired for a part-time position and immediately got scheduled for full-time. - Management seemed all over the place. - Training was mediocre.
