Advance community health pride's itself on having it's employees look like the community for which it's serves. The company is very diversified & inclusive. Also it's important to promote within as there are wonderful opportunities for career advancement. The benefits are a big plus here. There are company paid medical premiums for employee + 2 dependents (a dependent can be a spouse), company paid STD, LTD, & life insurance. A Great amount of PTO days are offered + your birthday leave as a paid day off too.
Cons
Parking can be stressful, however that's due to our overwhelming growth as a company. So this matter is being worked on as it's top priority right now.
