People were great, love it

No cons. Everything was wonderful

Good benefits. They have a lot of programs to help their workers. Something like the Father company taking care of their people Mr Allen is an awesome person and I am sure that the way this plant runs, is not the way he wanted it to be.

MANY To list. I have read the reviews from other people. I was one of the nurses there. I wanted to help the workers by giving them rest for their hands when they would complain of pain to their hands. This is a repetitive type injury and most of the time it goes away with rest. I got a lot of grief from the managers who only care about their production numbers. The workers in the plant are treated badly. Yes! People talk behind your back. When I worked there, the Mexicans did not like me cuss I am not Mexican. I am a Puerto Rican, but I Speak English well and prefer to speak it in the Business environment. It should be required that the people speak English, not a foreign language. I can go on and on, but I hope you get the point. I was fired a week after I had a high review. I was told I was doing great, and keep up the good work. I was not told why they were letting me go, but I think I know why.... I Cared deeply for the workers there and I tried to help to heal them, not enslave them more.
