Pros
**AAA is a Novartis company, which is a phenomenal organization to be a part of! **The Company's mission is to change patients' lives by developing and delivering radioligand therapies (RLT) and precision imaging radioligands for oncology. **There's nothing like the feeling of, knowing that what we're doing, is LITERALLY saving patient's lives! **Some of the greatest leadership, I've worked with, in my 18 year career in the pharmaceutical industry. **To them, YOU matter and ARE NOT just another employee! **The environment is TEAM oriented and employees only those that actually cares about our site's mission. **AAA is striving to be a would premier company and we will! **Benefits are great. **The pay is above industry standards. **AAA understands their employee's family members are important and supports them taking precedence in times of need. Everyday that I arrive on site, I always look forward to doing a job that doesn't actually feel like work.
Cons
I don't really count this as a "CON" to working at AAA, but if I'm going be transparent, we are currently in "Start Up" phase and there's so many things still needing to be done before we go commercial. This is a stressful time and demands being patient and thorough. But the payoff is going to make it all worth it!
