This job allows you to be very receptive to change, that's it.

Cons

The health insurance is really whack. The communication between higher management is very poor. It's a bait and switch type of thing as workers are told one thing in the hiring process and something else once they hit production. Overseas owners make stupid decisions and poor business choices as the company has lost multiple upper level management personnel due to resignations and dissatisfaction with the company. Pay as an Operations Supervisor is really low for the workload and no one praises you when things are going well. They all only notice when things aren't going so well. You are screamed at to meet metrics and if not met, they write you up.

Cons

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
