Pros

I've worked for this company for almost 3 years now and I love it. When I have an issue the upper management does everything they can to resolve it quickly.

Cons

My only problem is I've worked my tail off to be a good agent and it's impossible to advance in the company unless you are on site which I can't do due to my personal life so any hope of advancing and moving up in the company is basically non existent. I wish they would do better and give more opportunities to advance up their work from home agents.

Paid breaks and weekends off are the only pros

Cons

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
