Pros
The work is very interested and a lot of the projects are cool because they’re for the military or space crafts. The people are really good to work with and management is fairly good.
Cons
because the company started with only 5 people they still has a small company mind set which hinders growth when it comes to having enough manpower or proper equipment to do the job. A lot of time is wasted because we’re borrowing tools/equipment from each other. The pay also needs to be better if they intend on having people stay for long periods of time. As it is now the turnover rate is fairly high because of the low salaries.
