Pros
Great exposure and experience for most employees in a very short amount of time. Most positions are very dynamic and there are great opportunities for personal development if you accept them. Innovative and exciting work environment, great communication from leadership, and a good culture. They typically hire top entry-level or young talent, so it's a usually a great team atmosphere with about a 3 year turnover average. Good flexbility, pay is average, benefits are excellent.
Cons
Experiencing some fast growth, which seems to be hard to manage - a lot of reactionary measures vs. proactive strategy which can cause some stress and dissent. As a smaller company (under 200 employees), there aren't a whole lot of opportunities to advance to in a career path. Most rising talent tends to leave after they've reached their ceiling / max capacity for frustration.
