      Pros

      Flexible scheduling and coworkers are nice to work with.

      Cons

      Lied to new hires saying they use ABA, but later told everyone we are respite and not ABA. No where does it say respite. Won't listen to employee concerns and if they do, then the owner takes credit for changes. Owner is in it only for money and not to help people.

      High starting pay and work life balance

      Cons

      Job security is nonexistent, company will hire and fire with the change of the wind. deceptive hiring practices including hiring multiple people for the same position and keeping one.
