Flexible scheduling and coworkers are nice to work with.

Lied to new hires saying they use ABA, but later told everyone we are respite and not ABA. No where does it say respite. Won't listen to employee concerns and if they do, then the owner takes credit for changes.
Owner is in it only for money and not to help people.
